No. If a repair will solve the problem, we’ll recommend a repair. Our job is to give you an honest answer.

Most residential roof inspections take about 30 to 60 minutes, though a larger roof or one with several problem areas may take longer. We’ll look at the roof’s overall condition and pay attention to details such as shingles, flashing, vents, penetrations, and signs of storm damage or leaks.

Afterward, we’ll go over what we found and answer your questions. We want to give you a clear picture of the roof’s condition, whether the next step is maintenance, a repair, or a replacement estimate.

No. As long as we have permission to access the property and any areas we need to inspect, you don’t have to be home. We can inspect the roof and call you afterward to walk through what we found.

That said, we prefer to meet in person when possible. It gives us a chance to hear your concerns before we start, show you photos of any damage or problem areas, and answer questions while we’re there. If your schedule doesn’t allow it, we’ll still make sure you understand our findings and recommended next steps.

Yes. If you’re dealing with possible storm damage, we can inspect the roof, document what we find, and provide a roofing estimate you can share with your insurance company. If your adjuster schedules an inspection, we can coordinate with you to be there and discuss the roof’s condition and the work we believe it needs.

We’ll be thorough and speak up about the roofing details we find. Your insurance company makes the coverage decision, and we don’t act as an insurance adjuster or negotiate your claim. Our job is to give you clear documentation, explain the roofing work, and help you make an informed decision about the next step.
