Privacy Policy
When you tell us about your roof or ask us to contact you, you are trusting us with your information. This page explains what we collect, why we use it, and how you can reach us about it.
Information you give us
Contact details and the information you choose to provide in an inspection, estimate, storm, warranty, careers, or general inquiry form.
Why we use it
To answer you, schedule and perform roofing work, respond to service requests, protect the website, and run our business.
Your choices
Ask to review, correct, or delete information when applicable. Contact us at info@txsroof.com.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Texas Specialty Roofing, LLC (“Texas Specialty Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through txsroof.com, its forms, and related communications about our roofing services. It also describes information you provide to us by phone, email, or in connection with a website inquiry. It does not replace a separate project contract, employment notice, or a third party’s own privacy policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property or mailing address, ZIP code, and the details you choose to share about your roof or project. That can include the roofing material, building type, roof age, photos, storm observations, leak information, requested service, and the contents of your messages.
Our website has forms for general contact, free roof inspections, estimates, storm or hail questions, warranty and service requests, careers, and other roofing inquiries. The hail damage checker may also collect your answers about a storm, conditions you observed, and whether you want us to contact you about an inspection. If you apply for a position, we may receive your work history, qualifications, and any other application material you choose to provide. If you are an existing customer, we may also connect your inquiry with project, scheduling, invoice, warranty, and service records.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment card numbers, medical information, insurance login details, or other highly sensitive information through a website form. If an insurance document or other sensitive record is needed for a project, contact us so we can agree on an appropriate way to share it.
Information collected when you visit
Our hosting and security systems may record your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring page, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and dates, times, or error details needed to operate and protect the website. Form systems may also record a submission time, IP address, and technical details used to prevent spam or troubleshoot delivery.
Information from others
We may receive information from a homeowner, business contact, property manager, referral source, insurer, adjuster, or another person involved in a project when needed to respond to an inquiry or perform requested work. Public Google reviews displayed on the site come from the review platform through our review widget.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and send the inspection, estimate, or hail-checker information you request.
- Contact you to schedule a visit and assess, quote, perform, document, and follow up on roofing work.
- Coordinate a project with you and, when appropriate, with people or companies involved in the work you request.
- Handle warranty, service, careers, and other business inquiries.
- Maintain records, improve our services and website, prevent spam or misuse, and address security issues.
- Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our customers, team, and business.
The hail checker is an informational tool based on answers you provide. It is not a physical roof inspection, a damage determination, or an insurance coverage decision. An insurer decides coverage under the applicable policy.
Email, calls, and texts
When you contact us, we may reply by email or phone and use the contact method you selected when practical. Messages related to your request may include scheduling, estimates, service updates, or follow-up about your project. Providing a phone number for a roofing inquiry does not by itself mean you have subscribed to promotional text messages.
If we offer optional marketing messages, we will use any separate consent required by applicable law and provide a way to opt out. You can also ask us to stop nonessential messages by emailing info@txsroof.com. We may still send information needed for an active project, service request, or legal obligation.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, provide services, administer warranties, maintain business and tax records, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. A completed project’s records may be kept longer than a general inquiry because of warranty, accounting, and service needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or take other reasonable steps to dispose of it securely, subject to available backups and legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect information. No website, email system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe an interaction with us has put your information at risk.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may be able to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request deletion, receive a copy, or object to certain uses. You may also ask about the categories of information we share and the categories of recipients. We will not treat you unfairly for making a privacy request.
To make a request, email info@txsroof.com with the subject Privacy Request or call (512) 271-6893. Tell us what you are requesting and how we can contact you. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting information. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain if an exception applies. If we deny a request, you may reply to the decision and ask us to review it; we will provide any appeal information required by applicable law.
About targeted advertising: This website currently is not using a targeted advertising pixel as part of the practices described here. If we begin using one, we will update this notice and provide any required choices before doing so.

Our roofing services and website are intended for adults and property decision-makers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Our website may link to Google, BBB, social media platforms, manufacturers, insurers, and other third parties. We do not control how those sites collect or use information. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
