There are a lot of roofing companies out there, and it can be difficult to know who you can trust. Eddy and his team at Texas Specialty Roofing were professional, responsive, and did an excellent job from start to finish. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out. From start to finish, the field manager, Daisy, from TX Specialty Roofing kept us informed of our needs and our options. She provided clear photos using drones (both before and after). We had a major leak from the highest point of our roof and we have a VERY steep, high, and unusual tin roof and they were able to address the issues! Our field manager, Daisy Laguna, was exceptional! Excellent communication and updates provided throughout the entire project. Her team was able to identify other issues within my attic (HVAC leak). This is a long overdue review for Texas Specialty Roofing. My name is Bernardo. I own a single-story home in a small development near the Leander CapMetro Rail station and the HEB Plus! SHOPPING plaza. My roof was damaged from the crazy May 2025 thunderstorms and hailstorms we had. I worked with Daisy Laguna.

From the very beginning, she was very professional and helpful. She walked me through the whole process. When my insurance initially refused to pay for the needed repairs, she helped me go through the public adjuster process. It took a few months, but when all was said and done, my insurance funded half of the costs. Daisy and Texas Specialty Roofing also helped me secure financing at a favorable rate of 0%.

The team came to my house early morning and worked efficiently, replacing my entire roof by the end of the afternoon. They also worked on repairing the inside ceiling that had been damaged by the water leaks on the same day, with a follow-up a few days later to get the job done.

I cannot say enough how much of a pleasure Daisy and Texas Specialty Roofing were to work with. I highly recommend her and the company. Although I wasn't too thrilled with the cost out of my own pocket, as it is often said, you get what you pay for. The 0% financing certainly was a lifesaver, for sure! This repair happened in November 2025.

The face of your company, Keith and Ridge, came across to us as competent and knowledgeable. Their presentations of your services were genuine and sincere as we later realized . Keith and Ridge are indeed significant assets to your company. It was a pleasure to have met them and thankful we selected your company to do our job. One additional item of interest  that occurred on January 17, 2026 was my home owner policy premium was reduced 40% for this year. I am very grateful for Eddy and everyone at this company. I live here in San Antonio, and I met Eddy while outside my home one day, and he was kind and helped me take my trash out. We began a conversation and I explained my roof was leaking. Eddy had a few young gentlemen come do an inspection, and found the leaking was due to the hail and wind damage. They were so helpful and professional. My roof was approved thank you so much. They upgraded me at no extra charge to a Class 3 impact roof and now I am paying less on my insurance premium payments. This was an amazing experience. After the big hail storm, they happened to be at my neighbors and came by (at his request), thank goodness! They laid out what they did, the materials, and how they had an insurance person who coordinated with our insurance company to make sure everything went seamlessly, which is usually a big headache. Daisy was our contact person, and she went above and beyond to make sure we knew about the whole process, fees, materials, and recommdations on how to apply insurance coverage on areas we didn't realize were damaged initially. If we had any questions or changes, they were all patient and kind to help make things happen. The work was done beautifully, and if we had any concerns they sent someone within 24 hours to go over or fix. Overview
Recently, we had our metal roof, gutters and garage doors replaced due to hail damage, and we are pleased to share our experience. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the process was handled professionally and efficiently.
Initial Consultation and Estimate
The roofing company came to our house and provided an inspection quickly, synchronizing with our insurance company. The project coordinators, Keith Harvey and Ridge Salazar, were extremely knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, and gave a detailed breakdown of the process and costs involved which met our expectations.
Project Execution
The roof, gutter, and garage door crews all arrived as scheduled and took care to protect our landscaping and property. The removal of the old roof was done swiftly and without unnecessary clutter. Installation of the new metal roof was completed within the promised timeframe, and the team maintained a clean worksite throughout. The same can be said of the workmanship of the replacement of roof gutters and garage doors.
Quality of Work
We are impressed with the color and the look of the new roof with striations that the contractor recommended as well as the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the crew. After the job, the team performed a thorough cleanup, leaving no debris behind.
Customer Service
Communication by Keith and Ridge as well as project manager Eddy Iglesias was excellent throughout the project. We received regular updates and prompt answers to our concerns. The company provided clear documentation and warranty information at the end of the job.
