How It Works

What Happens After You Request an Inspection

1. Send Your Request

Fill out the form or call either office. Tell us what you’re seeing and send photos if you have them.

2. We Call to Set a Time

A member of our team reviews your request and calls you to schedule the visit. If water is coming in now, call us.

3. We Inspect the Roof and Attic

Outside we check gutters, siding, and AC units, then walk every slope we can safely reach. In the attic we look for daylight, stains, and damaged decking, so someone needs to let us in.

4. Photo Report and an Honest Answer

We walk you through what we found: repair, replace, or leave it alone. If work is needed, a written estimate follows.

If the roof isn’t safe to walk, we can start with drone imagery, though we prefer to inspect in person.

What We Check

A Thorough, Top-to-Bottom Inspection

Roofing Material

Cracked, missing, or worn shingles, tiles, panels, or shakes.

Flashing

Chimneys, walls, skylights, and valleys, where most leaks start.

Vents and Penetrations

Pipes, vents, and every spot where something passes through the roof.

Hail and Wind Damage

Impact marks, lifted edges, and storm damage that is easy to miss from the ground.

Gutters and Drainage

Clogs, sagging, and drainage problems that send water where it shouldn't go.

Leaks and Decking

Signs of water getting in and soft or damaged decking underneath.
