Covers our installation of your metal roof, including standing seam, for 25 years.

Covers our installation of your shingle roof for 10 years.

Covers the roofing materials themselves. Length and terms depend on the manufacturer and product.

What Warranties Typically Don't Cover
- Storm, hail, and wind damage (that's an insurance claim, and we can help)
- Damage from other contractors, such as solar, satellite, or HVAC installers
- Changes or repairs made by someone else
- Damage from fallen trees, limbs, or foot traffic

Warranty Questions
No. Warranties cover installation and material defects, while storm damage is covered by your homeowner’s insurance. We work with all insurance companies and can inspect your roof and document the damage. Learn about our storm damage roofing services.
Your coverage is listed in your contract and warranty documents. If you can’t find them, call us and we’ll look up your project.
We’ll explain what we found and why it isn’t covered, then give you an honest quote to fix it. No pressure, and no surprises.
